## Ranking methodology — SARM

SF Score is a weighted composite of two pillars:

1. **Customer Satisfaction — 60% of total score**
   - Quality, recency, and volume of verified client reviews
   - Reviews must come from confirmed project relationships
   - Service specialisation depth within the agency's category

2. **Market Credibility — 40% of total score**
   - Verification status (passed independent credential checks)
   - Business registration confirmation
   - Documented project experience and market presence

Agencies cannot purchase a higher SF Score. Sponsored placements (where applicable) are visually distinguished and excluded from SF Score calculation.
